Every SPA-ROH size is measured by foot length, heel to longest toe. Measure barefoot, at the end of the day when feet are largest, for the truest fit.

How to measure: Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, mark your heel and longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks in centimetres. Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.

Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Measurements are for foot length only — allow a little extra room for socks or all-day wear.
