Refund policy

At SPA-ROH, we strive to deliver the best quality footwear. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, wrong size selection, or any other customer-induced reasons.

Exceptions (Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items):
•  If you receive a defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at team@spa-roh.com within 7 days of delivery.
•  Provide your order number, photos of the item (including packaging and defect), and a clear description of the issue.
•  We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees unless the error was ours).
•  Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•  We do not accept returns on opened, worn, or altered footwear due to hygiene reasons.
•  Sale/clearance items and customised orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds (if approved):
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
